Ces troubles peuvent vous g\u00e2cher la vie et devenir un handicap professionnel. Ils se manifestent par des douleurs, des raideurs, des fourmillements, des gonflements des doigts, des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre ou manipuler des objets. Diff\u00e9rentes maladies peuvent \u00eatre en cause qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse par exemple de l\u2019arthrose, notamment celle du pouce (rhizarthrose), en passant par le syndrome du canal carpien (compression d\u2019un nerf) ou les tendinites.   <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1276c518\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Attention les doigts !<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>Ces sympt\u00f4mes douloureux ne doivent pas \u00eatre pris \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Ils peuvent \u00eatre le signe d\u2019une maladie qui peut devenir invalidante si elle n\u2019est pas prise en charge. Dans certains cas, les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre irr\u00e9versibles lorsqu\u2019on attend trop longtemps. Consultez donc un m\u00e9decin d\u00e8s que vos sympt\u00f4mes durent plus de quelques jours. Dans la plupart des situations, les traitements combinent m\u00e9dicaments antalgiques et repos de la zone concern\u00e9e, ce qui implique l\u2019arr\u00eat des activit\u00e9s et\/ou une immobilisation par attelle. En cas de pathologie de la main, des s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9 sont \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9es. En revanche, les interventions chirurgicales ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement envisag\u00e9es qu\u2019en dernier recours.      <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f7c2157a\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Astuces anti-douleurs<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment des traitements m\u00e9dicaux, diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes simples peuvent vous aider \u00e0 soulager vos douleurs aux doigts. Appliquez par exemple pendant quinze minutes une poche \u00e0 glace sur les endroits douloureux, et cela trois fois par jour. Une variante consiste \u00e0 baigner ses doigts dans un saladier rempli de lentilles froides sorties du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, en ex\u00e9cutant de petits mouvements. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement masser vos mains avec un gel ou une pommade aux huiles essentielles. Gaulth\u00e9rie, eucalyptus citronn\u00e9 et h\u00e9lichryse italienne sont des huiles essentielles r\u00e9put\u00e9es contre l\u2019arthrose et les douleurs rhumatismales.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-9fc1dab8\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Des exercices<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Les exercices suivants peuvent \u00e9galement vous aider \u00e0 redonner force et souplesse \u00e0 votre main et votre poignet. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez-les dix fois de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, trois fois par jour, en respectant un temps de pause de quinze secondes entre chaque s\u00e9rie d\u2019exercices. Effectuez ces mouvements lentement et d\u00e9licatement afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter toute douleur ou blessure. En cas d\u2019engourdissement ou de douleur pendant ou apr\u00e8s un exercice, arr\u00eatez et contactez votre m\u00e9decin.   <\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le piano : Posez votre avant-bras, votre poignet et votre main bien \u00e0 plat sur une table. Levez chaque doigt alternativement en gardant la main bien \u00e0 plat puis faite de m\u00eame avec l\u2019autre main. Ce mouvement travaille l\u2019extension et la souplesse des doigts.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019automassage : Install\u00e9 confortablement, les \u00e9paules basses, prenez un doigt par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 entre le pouce et l\u2019index, ou l\u2019index et le majeur si vous massez le pouce. Massez ensuite en tirant de la base du doigt vers son extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 en vous arr\u00eatant avant l\u2019ongle. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas masser trop fort ni \u00e0 tordre le doigt mass\u00e9. Permet d\u2019assouplir les doigts et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019extension des phalanges.    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019essuie-glace : Placez votre avant-bras sur une table garnie d\u2019une serviette enroul\u00e9e, la main pendante au bord de la table, paume sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 et pouce vers le haut. Bougez votre main verticalement vers le haut puis vers le bas. Reposez \u00e9galement de temps \u00e0 autre vos doigts en les retirant des ciseaux. Certaines paires de ciseaux poss\u00e8dent des caract\u00e9ristiques qui permettent, moyennant un peu d\u2019entra\u00eenement, de conserver une position neutre du poignet lors de la coupe.
