Lorsqu\u2019on pratique une activit\u00e9 sportive, le corps s\u00e9cr\u00e8te notamment des endorphines ou de la dopamine, des hormones qui permettent de r\u00e9duire le stress, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, de diminuer les douleurs et de procurer un \u00e9tat de bien-\u00eatre. Et cela durant, mais aussi apr\u00e8s l\u2019effort. Sport, marche, yoga ou Tai-chi, le type d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique n\u2019importe pas vraiment. Le plus important est de bouger et d\u2019y prendre du plaisir.    <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-1276c518\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Dansez<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>Comme toute activit\u00e9 physique, les bienfaits de la danse sur la sant\u00e9, le bien-\u00eatre et la qualit\u00e9 de vie sont nombreux. Selon l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Harvard, les \u00e9tudes montrent que la danse aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress, augmente les niveaux de s\u00e9rotonine, l&rsquo;hormone du bien-\u00eatre, am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;humeur et certaines comp\u00e9tences cognitives, comme la reconnaissance visuelle et la prise de d\u00e9cision. Le fait de danser permet en outre de se reconnecter \u00e0 son corps, diminue la fatigue, aide \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher des probl\u00e8mes ou encore favorise la concentration.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-383d3ad5\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">M\u00e2chez du chewing-gum<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>Cela peut sembler difficile \u00e0 croire, mais mastiquer de la gomme \u00e0 m\u00e2cher peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, m\u00eame si on ne sait pas encore tr\u00e8s bien pourquoi. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les scientifiques en tout cas, le chewing-gum ne r\u00e9duit pas seulement la sensation de stress. Il contribue aussi r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 diminuer le niveau de cortisol (la principale hormone du stress) et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la vigilance ! L&rsquo;influence d\u2019une \u00ab chique \u00bb sur la nervosit\u00e9 se marque apr\u00e8s dix minutes de mastication, mais des effets sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 perceptibles apr\u00e8s cinq minutes seulement.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c971cc50\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Pratiquez la respiration profonde<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>Cette technique anti-stress, qu\u2019on appelle aussi respiration par le ventre, a fait ses preuves. Elle est aussi tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 mettre en place. Le mieux est de s\u2019asseoir ou de se coucher dans une position confortable. Posez une main sur votre abdomen pour en ressentir les mouvements et une autre sur votre poitrine. Inspirez ensuite doucement en respirant par le nez et en gonflant votre ventre comme si vous gonfleriez un ballon. Votre poitrine ne doit quasi pas bouger. Retenez quelques instants votre respiration puis expirez tr\u00e8s lentement par la bouche en serrant les l\u00e8vres et en poussant votre ventre vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de votre corps. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cet exercice durant une ou deux minutes. Vous devriez tr\u00e8s rapidement vous sentir plus d\u00e9tendu !        <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c765f927\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">\u00c9coutez de la musique\u2026<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>Hors t\u00e2ches complexes exigeant le silence, il est plut\u00f4t b\u00e9n\u00e9fique d\u2019\u00e9couter de la musique en travaillant. Outre un effet sur les performances au travail, la musique stimule \u00e9galement notre cerveau et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des sentiments positifs. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes soulignent par ailleurs ses bienfaits sur le stress, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de m\u00eame que l&rsquo;insomnie. Pour que ceux-ci se manifestent, il est toutefois important de choisir un type de musique qui convient \u00e0 vos go\u00fbts personnels.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c0de5920\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Ou chantez<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>Le fait de chanter semble un excellent moyen pour \u00e9vacuer la tension nerveuse et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Le chant favorise le l\u00e2cher-prise. Il sollicite davantage la respiration abdominale, un des principes cl\u00e9s du yoga. Le chant choral se montrerait particuli\u00e8rement efficace. Des chercheurs allemands ayant \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets du chant en groupe ont mis en \u00e9vidence des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour l&rsquo;humeur, le niveau de stress et m\u00eame le syst\u00e8me immunitaire ! Le simple fait d&rsquo;\u00e9couter des gens chanter en groupe calme l\u2019esprit et r\u00e9duit les niveaux de cortisol, la fameuse hormone du stress.     <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-5989dd91\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Pensez aux plantes apaisantes<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<p>De nombreuses plantes sont connues pour leurs effets apaisants. La passiflore est ainsi connue pour ses effets relaxants sur le syst\u00e8me nerveux. C\u2019est aussi le cas de la val\u00e9riane et du houblon. Ces plantes peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es sous forme de tisanes ou de g\u00e9lules. Demande conseil \u00e0 votre pharmacien. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des huiles essentielles, la lavande vraie (<em>Lavandula angustifolia<\/em>) est la plus connue des huiles apaisantes. Bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9e, elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e en friction sur la peau \u00e0 raison de trois gouttes \u00e0 la fois, en alternance sur les poignets et le plexus solaire. Elle peut aussi \u00eatre ing\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 raison de deux gouttes deux fois par jour sur un support neutre (miel, huile d\u2019olive, \u00bd sucre), ou utilis\u00e9e en diffusion dans la pi\u00e8ce.       <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-82e1aa41\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Encadr\u00e9 : Sachez dire non au stress<\/h4><\/div>\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le stress est aussi une question d\u2019attitude face aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Les conseils qui suivent peuvent vous aider \u00e0 modifier votre rapport par rapport au stress. Sachez reconna\u00eetre et assumer le stress lorsqu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9sent.
